Under the operator's June 26 sweepstakes rules, people in Indiana and Iowa could no longer register new accounts or make purchases from June 16. Existing players in those states could continue to play and redeem Sweeps Coins until June 30.
Maine followed a later schedule. New registrations and purchases stopped there from June 26, while existing players could continue to play and redeem Sweeps Coins until July 10.
High 5's terms of use said that after the respective June 30 and July 10 cutoffs, nobody could access High 5 Casino while physically located in the affected state. That location rule applied to residents and non-residents alike.
