Skillz Rewardz is a six-tier loyalty program ranging from Quartz to Obsidian, with progression based on Ticketz earned each month. Benefits include Ticketz multipliers, free event entries, faster withdrawals, and VIP support, while tier progress resets monthly.
Ticketz Store prizes
Ticketz prize orders are placed within 2–5 business days; full redemption processing can take up to 14 business days. Shipping time depends on the item and location, and verification can cause delays.
Ticketz can be redeemed for gift cards, merchandise and other Ticketz store prizes, subject to item availability and sufficient Ticketz. Ticketz cannot be directly withdrawn for cash. Gift cards must be delivered to an email address belonging to the account holder.

Identity checks and verification
For the Social Casino and Sweepstakes platform, identity and location checks may be required for access, play, earning Z or Ticketz, and prize redemption. Requested information can include government-issued ID, an SSN, proof of address, and source-of-funds documents. Redemptions remain pending until required checks are completed. Failure to provide requested materials adequately within 30 days may lead to account restrictions or closure.
