Player feedback
Earlier players praised the community and quick crypto payments. The later accounts were more concerning: players described announced maintenance stretching into lost access, with balances or withdrawals still outstanding and support no longer answering. Separate recurring complaints involved difficulty closing accounts or keeping self-exclusion in place. Those failures outweighed the enjoyable social side.
