Gold Rush City combines mobile games with a retail-kiosk setup. Registration, cash funding and prize collection are tied to the kiosk, while the mobile apps let you continue playing away from it.
Create a free account through the welcome offer and confirm your email to receive 500 Sweeps Coins and 15,000 Gold Coins. Note that these Sweeps Coins don't follow the typical 1$ to SC ratio. No purchase or promo code is required. Unused welcome Sweeps Coins expire after 90 days. Sweeps Coins are promotional entries that may reveal cash prizes; the entries themselves have no cash value.
Claim a free entry once per day using the Free Entry wheel in the mobile app, or log into a kiosk with your PIN and complete its Free Entry form.
The 500 welcome Sweeps Coins are entries, not $500 or a balance you can exchange directly. A played entry may reveal a separate cash prize. That makes the coin count unsuitable for a straight comparison with casinos where eligible SC have a stated redemption value.
Gold Rush City has a tiered loyalty program known as the Miners Guild, with progression through gameplay. Benefits include coinback rewards, exclusive offers, weekly surprise drops, and an account progress bar showing loyalty advancement. Eligible coinback is based on 10% of weekly net losses and added with a qualifying purchase the following week; tier conditions apply.
Redeem in person at the kiosk where the account was originally registered; prize claims are subject to verification.
App funding is cash only at a Gold Rush City kiosk. App funds must be redeemed in person at the kiosk where the account was originally registered, subject to verification.
The listed $5 minimum applies to a cash prize collected at the kiosk where you registered. It is not a five-coin redemption threshold or an online bank transfer. Prize collection therefore requires a return visit to the original location.
Before you redeem: Each Sweeps Coin is an entry played in a selected game and level to determine whether it wins a cash prize. Promotional entries follow the same process.
Prize winnings are subject to verification. The operator may request proof of eligibility and carry out age or identity checks before or during a prize claim. Prize winners may also be required to complete and sign an IRS Form 1099-MISC with a valid Social Security number.
The available feedback ends in April 2026 and describes online redemptions, so it should not be treated as a current test of the kiosk arrangement above. Those older experiences are troubling: missing tournament rewards, verification problems and unanswered support messages recur. Some players eventually confirmed payment after repeated follow-ups; others reported easy cashouts and enjoyable games. The overall service record is poor, even allowing for the cases that were resolved.

Our Conclusion
Gold Rush City's slots, Slingo and fish games may suit players who already use a participating kiosk. Requiring the same retail location for registration and prize collection makes it a poor fit for fully online play, and its large welcome coin count is not a cash equivalent.
