Offer details
During a Streak Week, the daily login reward increases by 1,000,000 Credits with each consecutive login. A Fortune Wheel is also available every four hours. Credits are for entertainment and cannot be redeemed for cash or prizes.
The large Credit amounts buy playing time, not cash value. Streak Week rewards and the four-hour Fortune Wheel provide more virtual play, while XP tracks in-game progress. None of those balances should be confused with redeemable casino winnings.
Loyalty program
The five-tier PENN Play Rewards program runs from Play to Owners Club. Eligible social Credit purchases earn one Tier Point per $0.50. Gameplay earns separate XP for in-game levels. Higher PENN Play tiers unlock benefits such as special offers, travel perks, VIP lounge access and gifts.
Credits & PENN Cash
Casino credits cannot be redeemed for cash or prizes. Linked PENN Play Rewards purchases may earn PENN Cash for use at PENN Entertainment properties, but this is separate from credit redemption.

PENN Cash is separate from gameplay Credits. Eligible linked purchases may earn it for permitted rewards, goods or services, but PENN Cash earned through social gaming cannot be exchanged for cash or PENN Slot Play. Reward use depends on the participating location.
Identity checks and verification
PENN Play Casino may verify account eligibility at any time. Identity checks may also be used for password resets and fraud prevention, including carrier or device information checks. Mobile users may be asked to enable location services.
