Game froze or a win is missing? Check the round record

Preserve round details, compare the stake and settlement, and ask support to investigate without placing more paid spins.

On this page

If a game freezes, disconnects or closes during a feature, stop interacting long enough to record what you can see. The screen animation and the recorded settlement can be different stages of the same round. A missing animation alone does not establish either a lost prize or a completed credit.

Keep the investigation tied to the round that already happened. More paid spins will not clarify it.

Save the details before reloading

Capture the game name and provider, currency, stake, time and time zone, and any displayed round or transaction ID. Note the balance before and after if you have reliable records. If a bonus feature was underway, describe the last visible step without guessing what the remaining spins would have paid.

Record any error message and whether the browser, game window or entire connection failed. Keep screenshots private if they include account details. Never share a session URL or login token in a public complaint.

Check history before assuming the outcome

Open the casino's game or transaction history through the official account. Look for the stake deduction and any related credit, reversal or unresolved status. Use the round ID where available; several spins placed close together can otherwise be confused.

What the record may show
RecordWhat to ask next
Stake and completed creditDoes the recorded payout match the round rules?
Stake and reversalWas the original stake restored, and why?
Stake with no clear settlementIs the round pending, incomplete or awaiting provider review?
Multiple related entriesWhich entries belong to the same feature or cascade sequence?

These are investigation categories, not a promise that every operator uses those status labels. Follow the site's instructions for reopening an interrupted round. If returning to the game prompts a new paid action, stop before confirming it.

Reconcile the amount carefully

Check whether the displayed win included returned stake, several cascades or a feature total already credited in parts. A 3 SC win display does not prove that 3 SC should be added again if the same return is already present in the history.

Read the relevant paytable section for the symbol combination and payout unit. If the expected amount remains different, show your calculation and identify the exact rule. Avoid filling in missing information with a screenshot of someone else's version of the game.

Ask for a round investigation

Send one ticket containing the saved details, screenshots and the discrepancy you want checked. Ask support to confirm the recorded stake, outcome, settlement amount and whether the provider needs to inspect an incomplete round.

If the answer only says that the connection dropped, ask what happened to this particular round's stake and settlement. A connection explanation and a transaction reconciliation answer different questions.

Keep the ticket open until you receive a clear outcome or the operator's final response. Add new evidence to the same case rather than opening several unrelated tickets. If the discrepancy remains unresolved, your complaint record should contain the round ID, your calculation and the explanation you dispute.

Afterward, confirm that the connection and supported browser are working before any further play. If the same error repeats, leave the game and preserve the next error message without repeatedly paying to test it.
