Bonus buys and accidental bets: check the full cost

Before the first spin in a new game, check the currency, total stake and any selected feature. Do it again after switching modes or returning to a game. Do not assume a previous low stake has carried over.

A bonus buy can charge many times the ordinary spin amount in one action. Treat its confirmation as a separate purchase decision within your play limit.

Read the multiplier as a cost

If a hypothetical feature costs 100 times a 0.20 SC stake, the feature costs 20 SC. The "100x" label describes what you pay in this example. It does not mean the feature will return 100 times your stake or at least recover its price.

If that feature returns 12 SC, the net result is minus 8 SC against the 20 SC cost. Comparing the 12 SC return with the ordinary 0.20 SC spin would give a misleading impression of the result.

Some games offer more than one feature or an enhanced spin with a separate multiplier. Check the selected option and its displayed total rather than assuming every button buys the same feature.

Use a short pre-spin check

• Confirm the account mode and currency inside the game.
• Read the total cost, including any optional contribution.
• Open the stake control and check which amount is selected.
• Check whether a bonus-buy or enhanced-play option is active.
• Locate Spin, Increase, Max and Buy controls before tapping.
• Close overlays and stop if text or buttons are too small to distinguish.

Take particular care on a phone, after rotating the screen, or when a promotional panel covers part of the controls. If the interface remains unclear, leave the game. You do not need to place a test spin to discover how much a button costs.

Where autoplay is offered, inspect the stake and total possible session exposure before starting it. A sequence of individually small spins can exceed a limit when repeated. Stop autoplay before changing settings or investigating an unexpected balance.

If you think a larger bet was placed accidentally

Stop playing immediately. Save the round ID, game name, time and time zone, currency, stake and balance change. Capture the visible controls without clicking them again. Note the device, browser and the action you intended to take.

Check the game's transaction history to distinguish a single large stake from several ordinary spins, a feature purchase or a jackpot contribution. Use the paytable guide if the cost label is unclear.

Send support a factual request: "At [time], round [ID] recorded [amount] in [currency]. I intended [action]. Please confirm the recorded stake, selected feature and available transaction details, and review whether the charge matches the action recorded."

Do not rely on a refund

An accidental action does not automatically qualify for reversal. The operator may consider a completed round final, or it may investigate a technical problem. Ask for the applicable rule and a written outcome instead of assuming that reporting quickly guarantees a refund.

Keep the response in your complaint record. Do not place more spins to recover the amount or recreate the incident with a live balance. If the layout makes a repeat mistake likely, stop using that game.
