Locked or suspended casino account: your next steps

Separate a login problem from an account restriction, secure your access and request a clear explanation without opening another account.

On this page

An account that will not open needs a different response depending on the message. A forgotten password, a temporary login lock, a location block and an account suspension are not interchangeable. Save the wording and use the original sign-in method before taking further action.

If the restriction follows a break or self-exclusion you requested, keep that protection in place. A new account or another person's login is not a recovery method.

Start with the original sign-in route

If you registered through Apple, Google or another supported identity provider, return through that option. Typing the same-looking email into a password form may not reach the original account. Check the welcome email or saved login record if you cannot remember how you registered.

Use password recovery only through the official site. If it reports too many attempts or gives a waiting period, stop and follow that instruction. Repeated guesses can make the situation harder to diagnose.

If the problem concerns your email account too, secure that email first using its provider's recovery process. It may control password resets for the casino.

Identify the restriction

Read the message before changing anything
Message or symptomUseful next step
Incorrect password or failed social loginRecover the original sign-in method
Temporary lock after attemptsFollow the stated waiting or recovery process
Verification requiredAsk which specific document or mismatch remains
Location not permittedConfirm genuine location and current eligibility
Suspended, restricted or closedRequest the reason, relevant rule and review process
Break or self-exclusion activeRefer to the confirmation and retain the restriction

For a location error, use the location-check guide. For a document issue, follow the verification guide. Do not upload documents to a person who contacts you through a public complaint.

Request an account review with specific questions

Send your account identifier, error text, last successful access and the approximate time the issue began. Mention recent legitimate changes, such as a new address or replacement bank account. Keep full identity and financial documents in the official secure upload process.

Ask support to confirm:

  • Whether access is temporarily limited, under review or permanently closed.
  • The reason and relevant rule, to the extent it can disclose them.
  • The action or evidence needed from you and whether an appeal is available.
  • What happens to an existing eligible balance or pending prize request.
  • How to obtain your transaction records while access is restricted.

An account review does not promise reinstatement or payment. It should at least give you a record of the questions asked and the response received.

Keep the record together

Save case numbers and replies in one chronological thread. If support requests evidence you already sent, identify the earlier submission and ask whether it was unreadable, outdated or insufficient. That is more useful than sending the same document repeatedly without an explanation.

Do not create a second account, alter identity details or continue through another person. If the decision remains disputed, prepare a factual complaint record with the outcome you are requesting. A public post can describe the issue, but it should never expose your password, ID image or banking details.
