Casino location-check errors: fix an incorrect result

Check genuine location, permissions and connection errors while respecting state restrictions and the operator's eligibility rules.

If a casino says it cannot verify your location, first check whether your actual location is eligible. An outdated availability list, a new state restriction and a technical permission error require different responses. A successful login is not proof that prize play is allowed.

Only troubleshoot an incorrect result for your genuine location. If you are in a restricted place, stop the restricted activity rather than trying to make the device appear elsewhere.

Read the current restriction and the exact error

Check the operator's current terms, sweepstakes rules and recent account notices. Separate permission to browse, use entertainment-only games, purchase and participate in prize play. Those activities may have different availability.

Save the error, time and the activity that triggered it. "Location permission denied" is more specific than "not eligible," and support needs to know which message you received.

Use the laws and state-availability guide to check the wider context. The site's own willingness to accept a connection is not a legal determination.

Check permissions at both levels

Your device can allow location services while the browser blocks a particular site, or the browser can have permission while device-level access is off. Review both settings and reload the official site after making a change.

Google's Chrome guidance explains how location access and individual site permissions work. Follow the instructions for your device; menu names can vary. Give access only to the genuine site you intended to use.

If the site requests precise location, check whether your device is supplying only an approximate location. Do not install an unfamiliar extension or send support a remote-access code to repair a permission setting.

Rule out an ordinary connection problem

If a VPN, proxy or privacy relay is active, it can complicate a location check. Follow the operator's policy and use a normal connection that reflects where you actually are. Do not select another region or use location-spoofing software.

Try a supported, updated browser and restart the official account session. If you compare home Wi-Fi with mobile data, do so at the same actual location to identify a network-specific error. Changing networks does not make a restricted location eligible.

Near a state border, record the actual place and the reported error. If the system remains uncertain, ask support to review the result and leave prize play paused. Do not repeatedly move or reconnect in search of an accepted reading that misrepresents your location.

Send a clear location-support request

Include your state, approximate city, device, browser, connection type, error text and permission checks already completed. A screenshot of the error is usually more useful than a screenshot of your entire account. Keep exact home coordinates and identity documents out of public posts.

Ask whether the problem is an eligibility restriction, a current service incident or a location-verification failure. If you are traveling or have moved, mention that truthfully and follow the travel and address-change guide.

If you need records or information about an existing prize while access is restricted, ask for that through official support. Do not assume you must resume playing to obtain an account answer.
