MyPrize announced on July 31, 2025, that it had closed a $21 million strategic funding round at a $250 million valuation cap.
The company release said existing investors and family offices participated, including Dragonfly and Boxcars Ventures.
MyPrize reported that the financing brought its total funding to $38 million.
The company said it planned to use the new capital to expand its technology platform and reach, recruit more creators and improve the service for players. The company described MyPrize.us as a social casino combining online games with creator-led livestreaming.
