Declined purchases, pending charges and missing coins

Separate a card decline from a pending authorization or completed purchase, then trace missing coins without paying twice.

If a purchase fails or the coins do not appear, stop before paying again. A declined order, a pending card authorization and a completed payment are different situations. Comparing the casino's order history with your payment account is the fastest way to identify which one you have.

Write down the amount, time and order ID, if one exists. Keep the package description too: it establishes the currencies and amounts you expected.

A pending entry is not proof that the merchant completed the sale. The issuer can explain whether the entry is pending or posted and how its authorization process works. Do not accept a stranger's estimate of when your specific hold will disappear.

If the payment was declined

Check the billing address and card details against the issuer's records. Confirm that the operator accepts this payment type and that you own the payment method under its rules. A network logo alone does not confirm that every prepaid or virtual card is accepted.

Ask the issuer for the decline reason if the details are correct. A spending control or merchant restriction is not something to bypass using a borrowed card or a misleading billing address. If you decide not to resolve the purchase, you can leave it declined.

If the charge posted but coins are missing

Check the exact package rather than the lobby's largest promotional banner. Confirm whether it included play coins, promotional Sweeps Coins, or both. A package may differ from an offer you saw earlier.

Look at each currency's transaction history, then refresh or sign out and back in through the normal account route. Avoid placing a spin while investigating an unexplained balance: it creates another transaction to reconcile.

Send support the order ID, purchase time, package screenshot, expected amounts and actual coin-history entries. Use a masked receipt or statement excerpt. Ask whether payment completed, which credits were recorded, and how they will resolve any mismatch. Never send a full card number or security code in a support message.

Keep payment disputes accurate

Contact your payment provider promptly about an unauthorized charge or an unresolved billing error. Ask about its dispute process and deadlines while the operator investigates; you do not have to wait for the operator's final reply before contacting the provider. Describe what happened accurately. An authorized purchase that you later regret is different from an unauthorized transaction or a paid order that was not delivered.

For US credit cards, the CFPB's billing-error rule generally requires the issuer to receive your written notice within 60 days after it sends the first statement showing the error. Use its designated billing-inquiry address, or an electronic route it expressly accepts for these notices. Calling alone may not preserve the same rights. Debit cards and other payment methods have different rules; do not transfer that credit-card deadline to every transaction.

Preserve the receipt, statement and support replies in your complaint record. A dispute is an investigation, not a guaranteed refund, and continuing to purchase will not make the original missing order easier to trace.
